I've stayed at this property several times and was always happy with the visits, so this was a huge disappointment. I booked through the Hilton Rewards App and had to cancel because of a winter storm. Staff sent me to Hilton's toll-free cancellation line, but it was closed on Sunday, and the hotel wouldn't help. To be transparent, I called the number in the hotel's response and was told to call Hilton's 1800 number because the property couldn't do anything. Corporate also said they couldn't help. Apparently no one can. The hotel chain clearly cares zero about loyalty or customer satisfaction. With a non-refundable rate, the hotel will do absolutely nothing for you, not even give credit toward a future stay instead of keeping your money. Disgusting. Springhill Suites next door would be a better choice next time.

The connected suites worked perfectly for our group of four, including a 5 yr old. We could put her to bed and still hang out in the family room, which was next to a kitchen and bathroom. The pool was clean and well kept, and the rooms were super clean too. We had an awesome time there.

The breakfast was a letdown: no unflavored half n half or creamer, just flavored or skim milk, a broken pancake machine, and bacon but no sausage. The room was mediocre and echoed like a chamber. We'd liked Home2 locations we'd stayed at a couple of times before, so this one was disappointing by comparison. It also cost more than other nearby chains and wasn't worth the price.

The staff were super friendly, and the place should be high on any Bills fan's list, with Bills stuff everywhere. The pool was a little dirty, to be honest, but breakfast was more than edible. The rooms have everything you could need for a medium-long stay.

The little kitchen with its dishwasher was a highlight, and breakfast was good too. Our room was very clean, the bed was decent, and the customer service was excellent the whole time. We stayed just one night and would definitely come back.
