Motel 6 Buffalo, NY - Airport - Williamsville

We came from SC because of an illness in the family, and ended up extending our online booking from two nights to four. The front desk was understanding and made that easy. Our room was clean, with no bugs, which matters a lot to us. The woman at the after-hours kiosk was lovely too. Thanks for the hospitality and generosity.

Roy was kind and helpful as much as he could be. The rooms are nice, NGL, though the hard floors feel chilly in winter, so bring socks or slippers. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and I'd say having a car is a good idea.

Roy at the kiosk is top notch. He remembers your name, stays cheerful, and is always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding. My one wish is that rooms had microwaves, since going down to the lobby every time we want to heat food is inconvenient. Thanks, Chad Peters.

At check-in, two different virtual staff members said I had to open Google and leave a five-star review, then show it before I could go to my room. That felt shady and manipulative, like they were trying to buy good reviews. The room was disgusting. There was urine left in the toilet, I assume from the previous guest, and long hair on the shower head and walls. The floors and the areas under the beds were awful too. The faucet dripped constantly and quickly, and the hot water ran out fast. There's no microwave in the room, which I thought was pretty standard. You get what you pay for, I guess. I wouldn't recommend this place to fleas on your dog. Spend the extra five dollars and go somewhere else, you'll be glad you did.
