Best Western Premier The Central Hotel & Conference Center

We came for the great American sportsman show and really enjoyed the hotel. Dinner at O’Reilly‘s taproom was excellent, and the accommodations were very clean. The front desk staff were accommodating and let us add a late check in with no problem. The shuttle made getting to and from the show convenient, and breakfast in the morning was good too. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially for the great American outdoor show.

The hotel itself is very nice, and we liked our room. The beds were a little soft, but we slept okay. O'Reilly's attached restaurant was awful. At dinner, the cobb salad had dried out chicken, cheap cheese and bacon bits, and soggy cucumbers. The chicken pot pie was dry too. We paid $50 and could only eat a few bites. We tried breakfast there the next morning, thinking it would be hard to get wrong, but the pancakes were limp and undercooked and the potatoes tasted old. Almost anywhere else would have been better, even McDonald's. Don't waste your money.

The lobby was gorgeous, the pool was clean and you could smell the chlorine, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were among the cleanest we've ever had in a hotel. The price couldn't be beat. Highly, highly recommend. I never write reviews, but this place deserves five stars.

We unexpectedly adopted a puppy a few weeks before our stay, and the hotel was dog friendly. They gave us a first floor room right by the exit, and there was a huge area where the dog could run. The layout is great, with spacious rooms, and the gym, pool, arcade, and laundry machines are all easy to get to. O'Reilly's had a great breakfast, good food, and cold beers. Really nice place. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again.
