Housekeeping deserves a lot of credit: I left my daughter’s diaper bag behind and only noticed the next morning. I called expecting it to be a long shot, but they’d turned it in and I got it back. That kind of honesty feels rare these days. The room was spotless, breakfast was great, and the pool was clean and pleasantly warm. Everyone was friendly and professional from the minute we arrived, especially the man working the morning we checked out. He really made the stay for us. I haven’t had a hotel experience this good in years, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

We ended up scrambling for somewhere to stay late at night after our other booking fell through. Joe at the front desk found us a room for three days right away, and handled it with real professionalism. The staff were so friendly and accommodating that they outdid some high-end hotels I’ve stayed at. Our dog was welcome, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too. We’re definitely fans of Best Western now.

Loved having LVP floors instead of carpet, a first for us at a hotel. The room and comfy bed were clean, apart from the bedside lamps. Staff were helpful and friendly, and bringing our small dog was convenient and reasonably priced. Breakfast was the usual hotel kind. We’d stay again.

Meena and Joe were especially helpful, showing me around and pointing me toward a good nearby restaurant. The whole front desk team was welcoming and went out of their way for me. I also loved the warm pool, which was just the right temperature, and the pretty backyard. My room smelled fresh and clean. Had a great stay, thanks to the team.

The VIP room was very clean and worked great for a party. I’m planning to hold all my future parties here, including baby or bridal showers. The heated pool is also a nice place to spend time when it’s cold outside. Everyone helped us out. Michael at the front desk was friendly and polite when checking us in, the GM was great, and Joe on the night shift brought extra blankets and everything else we needed.
