Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Hartington

The restaurant meals were delicious, and the breakfast buffet had lots of choice and really good quality. The concierge was helpful with recommendations and took care of the arrangements I needed. Every part of the staff seemed to care about making my stay a good one, from housekeeping and the restaurant to the front desk and management. That kind of consistency is rare. My room was spotless and comfortable, with nice linens, complimentary bottled water, and a well-stocked minibar. Housekeeping kept it pristine each day. The design was lovely, too. Check-in was quick and easy, and I was welcomed with genuine smiles as soon as I arrived. Everyone I spoke with was warm, attentive, and professional. I left feeling refreshed and appreciated, and I’m eager to come back. This has become my go-to place when I’m in the area, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay.

The hotel was clean and in a convenient location, according to our traveler, and we’d stay here again. We had accidentally booked one bed through Travelocity instead of the two we needed. Once the first traveler arrived and we caught the error, Lane at the front desk was patient and kind, even when we were a bit frustrated. She quickly connected us with the Manager, Kay, who was sweet, responsive, and proactive. They handled the mistake with care and didn’t make us jump through hoops with the original booking site. We’re very grateful for Kay and Lane’s professionalism.

The staff were friendly and paid close attention to things. The rooms were clean and well cared for. A great place to stay in Hartington.

I felt really comfortable staying here. Everything was clean and seemed to be run well.
