Beverly and her dog Dorthy made the place feel so special. She treated us like family, and we even met guests who have been coming back for years. The views were lovely, the room was nice, and breakfast was great. I still think about those pancakes, the best I've ever had. We stayed on October 5, 2018, and it was the best lodging experience I've had in all my years of traveling. We live in Utah, so it isn't close enough for an annual visit, but I wish it were.

Coming back to a comfortable place each day made our time around Woodstock feel perfect. At Apple Hill Inn, Beverlee was such a friendly, fun person to talk with, and the room was spacious and spotless. We slept really well in the comfortable beds, and breakfast was both tasty and filling.

The view and comfortable shared spaces were lovely, and we had a great time chatting with Beverly and the other guests. Beverly runs the whole B&B herself, and she’s warm, outgoing, and welcoming. She also keeps the place wonderful and makes a fantastic breakfast every morning. We’d gladly come back and recommend it to anyone.

There are apple trees in the landscaped yard, a covered bridge within walking distance, and a beautiful wedding barn on the hill where the house sits. Bev made us feel welcome right away, and you can tell she loves hosting. We really enjoyed the other guests too, along with the superb breakfast. Such a delightful stay, we enjoyed it immensely.

The whole place has that northeastern country elegance, and the views across the manicured grounds to the hills were phenomenal. Our bed was incredibly comfortable too. Beverlee, the owner and innkeeper, and her husband Andy greeted us at the door and showed us to our room. Breakfast the next morning was a dream: homemade baked goods, fruit, good coffee, yogurt, and great conversation. We’ve stayed at B&Bs all over the country, and found Apple Hill Inn after seeing all the glowing Trip Advisor, Yelp, and Google reviews. We worried those had set the bar too high, but our stay actually surpassed expectations. I only wish we could have stayed longer. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stay here.
