Home2 Suites by Hilton Hasbrouck Heights

We arrived before the official check-in time, but they got us into a room right away without making us wait. The check-in was smooth and welcoming, and everyone was so supportive and friendly. Javi at the front desk, guest services, and the building engineer were all attentive. Our room was spotless and well kept. I stayed one night with my family. We’d planned to spend our last night in the city somewhere else, but we enjoyed it here so much that we extended our stay at Home2Home Hasbrouck Heights. They really made us feel at home.

Jahvi was the standout for us. She was professional, friendly, helpful, and made my wife and me feel looked after. It’s rare to meet someone who knows her work and has such a warm, positive attitude. We really appreciated it and are looking forward to coming back. Breakfast had a nice selection, and both our room and the shared areas were spotless.

I was just visiting someone who was staying there, not a guest myself. Their suite was beautiful, and room service came by promptly and courteously both times we called while I was there. The hotel is easy to reach just off the highway. I’d stay there myself if I needed a room.

The location was perfect for the stadium, just 4 miles away, and we got a nice surprise with the skyline view. We also loved being able to bring our pup, with a lovely neighbourhood right nearby for dog walks. Breakfast was excellent. Our stay in room 425 was great. It was clean, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. I loved the pillows, sheets, and comforter. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, body gel, and a face bar, and the water pressure was great.
