The woman on the phone hung up while I was still asking questions, so I stopped there. Terrible experience. Saving money isn't worth putting my family's safety at risk. Just wow.

I booked a room, but when I arrived they wouldn't allow my service dog. The other place nearby was packed, and now I can see why. This place was way too expensive for such a dump. Don't waste your time.

When my truck broke down six hours from home, the people here helped me out a lot. The guy at the desk was really friendly, and the place was spotless. Best beds and pillows I've had at any hotel, too.

The room was clean and updated, and even though we got into town late, they checked us in quickly. I called a couple of times beforehand to confirm the reservation, and the woman who answered was very nice and helpful. A very nice one-star motel.

They told me a room would be ready when I called to ask, but when I arrived there were no vacancies.
