I was fine with being charged for the first night, since that’s what the policy said would happen if I cancelled or didn’t show. But I booked for more than one night, couldn’t complete the stay because of other circumstances, and reached out personally. Before 6 PM on the check-in day, my card was charged nearly $130, even before I’d contacted them or tried to get to the property. They wouldn’t respond to messages or calls about getting the money back. If the policy is to take the full amount, it should say so. What they state and how they operate are two different things, and that feels dishonest, bad business, and inhumane when people are just trying to get by. Make sure you can stay before giving them your card, because they’ll take every penny they legally can. Update: after I filed a report and tried to message them, they changed the policy for booking. Good for y’all. Love shady businesses. Enjoy the $128! :)

Clean rooms, hardly any noise, and really nice, helpful staff. We had a very good stay and would definitely come back.

About an hour after I checked in, my family had an emergency and we had to leave. I explained what happened to the man at the desk, and he acted concerned. But when I told the person who paid for the room that there were no refunds, the man at the counter was scowling. I truly believe he called the cops to check our license plate. Do not go here.

Fresh towels and sheets every night, prompt service, and fair prices for the quality of the motel. The location is handy for heading either way through Hastings, just off the main strip. Wendy’s, a coffee stop, and a gas station are all within walking distance. Great stay!

I was a little apprehensive after reading other reviews, but we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the guy at the front desk was nice. My one complaint is the traffic noise from kids with trucks. We’ll definitely stay here again.
