Vandiver Inn

We stayed at the Vandiver Inn for a friend’s wedding and loved the place. The wedding and reception were beautiful, and the staff were wonderful. Our John Henry Room worked perfectly for three people, with lots of space, a comfortable feel, and a pull-out couch. It was so roomy I wish my apartment looked like it. I’d love to stay here again someday!

Courtney coordinated our wedding at Vandiver Inn on September 26th, and made the whole process easy and seamless. Her communication, timeline help, and advice took a lot of stress off us. The food was delicious, with lots of choices, and our friends and family are still talking about it. My little sister has a peanut/treenut allergy, so I’m very careful about cross contamination. The catering staff handled everything carefully and made sure she was safe with all the food provided. The owner was also incredibly welcoming and checked in during our rehearsal dinner. Having worked in food service myself, I really appreciated that. You can tell how much care goes into the inn. We’ll definitely return for a stay. Thank you, Vandiver!

I’ve worked at many venues, and The Vandiver Inn stands out for its ownership, staff, cleanliness, and food. I finally got to work my first wedding there this year after having it on my wish list for years, and it lived up to the anticipation. As an owner of an event entertainment company, I found the experience unforgettable. Paul was warm and welcoming, and his wife Susan, the chef, served beautifully presented hors d’oeuvres and entrées packed with flavor. The inn and grounds were immaculately maintained and made a stunning setting. Courtney, the event coordinator, also impressed me. She brought the care and attention I’d expect from someone planning her own wedding, and worked tirelessly to make things seamless and collaborative for all the vendors. For a unique event venue with lovely staff and memorable food, The Vandiver Inn is an outstanding choice.

The venue is stunning, and the whole staff worked together flawlessly. I was an outside vendor at a wedding in Nov., and Courtney deserves a shout out. She was attentive, efficient, personable, and an overall 11/10.
