Trend Hotel at LAX Airport

The room was filthy and uncomfortable, and I didn’t even feel okay using the bathroom. The beds were dirty and stained, the shower was moldy and rusty, the outlet covers were cracked or broken, and the whole room smelled of weed and cigarettes. They said we were getting the best room. The hotel’s photos and reviews are incredibly misleading. My wife and I found another hotel down the street for only $50 more per night, but the front desk refused to refund any of our money. If you need somewhere comfortable to sleep, don’t stay here. The room isn’t worth any price. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve stayed here on and off for about a year, and the prices are always phenomenal. It’s close to everything if you’re from out of town. Costco is down the street, McDonald’s is next door, and everything else seems just down the street too. The service is great every time I check in. They’re always pleasant and sweet, and I’ve never had an issue. Sometimes you even get to smell their yummy cooking.

I was a little unsure because of the price, but the rooms exceeded my expectations. They were spacious and clean, and I really liked how comfortable the beds were. I’d stay again.

Nilesh went above and beyond by delivering an item I’d left to me at the airport. The rooms were in incredible condition, too, and the staff were nice. Glad I stayed here!
