We had to make an emergency trip to Heber Springs in early December 2025, and the staff understood our situation and specific needs. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to walk service animals or pets. Breakfast was good, especially the biscuits and gravy, though there weren’t many options for diabetics. The price was reasonable, and this will be our first choice when we return to Heber Springs.

They canceled my accessible reservation, leaving me without a room. I was told I could take a room on the top floor, up three or four flights of stairs, or cancel with no charge. They didn’t deny that my reservation listed mobile accessibility, and the way they handled it was very rude.

The manager, Lisa, went out of her way to help after we left our wallet in the room. She contacted us and mailed it to us, even though we live a few hours away. We also loved having a kitchenette, which made it easy to put together sandwiches after time by the lake, and the hotel is wonderfully close to the water. The room was clean, the people were friendly, and the service was great.

Trying to sleep on a Saturday was impossible with loud music blasting from the bar in the old conference center, less than 50 feet away. This is a run-down smoker’s haven, and the service was only adequate. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
