For an affordable overnight stay, this was a really good choice. The king room was a good size, very clean, and came with a refrigerator, TV, and microwave. Staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast had attentive service with eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, cereal, and more. There’s a sign for guest laundry, though I didn’t use it. I was told pets are welcome for $25 per pet, up to three animals. The pool was closed for maintenance. My only real downside was the slow internet.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location was great. Breakfast was okay: the bacon was extremely thin and small, but the eggs and sausage were decent, and they also had bagels and similar things. The room smelled, the chair was filthy, and both the hotel and rooms felt very outdated. A fair number of rooms face the main road, so traffic noise goes on all night. The rooms could really use newer furniture and some updating.

This hotel is so underrated, I love staying here. I choose it for almost every work trip. The staff are great, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is awesome. After a long day at work, that heated pool is just what you need.

I had the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. Alyssa, the manager, helped me sort out a few little things I didn’t understand. I’m glad I spoke with her before assuming the A/C heater was broken. It was working fine, I just didn’t know how to use it. The breakfast was high quality, and I really enjoyed the heated pool. It felt very luxurious. I’m looking forward to staying at helena la quinta next time I need a hotel around here. :)

The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean and had plenty of towels, and breakfast was good. We had a very good stay for the price. Definitely a good deal!
