The bed was comfortable, and the room was roomy and clean. I also appreciated the lack of carpet since that helps with allergies. The location is handy, with shopping nearby and an easy route to the Evansville exit. Check-in and check-out were virtual. One issue: air came in under the doors, and I could see light through the gap. Still, it was a good stay overall.

We didn't stay because the situation felt unsafe. There were people partying and drinking in the parking area, and teenagers wandering around looking into places they shouldn't. After booking online, we found no one there to help in person and had to check in through a kiosk with someone on screen. The customer service seemed very poor. I chose my safety over losing the money, but they refused to reimburse me.

The outside looked a little rough, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the room was spotless and smelled great. I walked around in white socks and they stayed clean. The bed was soft, the TV was huge, and the air conditioner really cranked. It was quiet apart from highway noise, which is out of their control and common around town. There are plenty of restaurants and a gas station across the street, too. Virtual check-in was new to me but easy. A manager is available if you need a person, though I didn't need one. At checkout, my deposit was returned without any hassle, and the staff were very friendly. They even sent a survey afterward, something no hotel has done for me before. I skipped breakfast, so can't comment on that, though I'd heard good things. I've stayed in more expensive places that didn't measure up. For the price, this place is amazing. I'll definitely come back.

The hot shower was nice and the bed was comfortable, but the rest was rough. There was a cockroach in the shower, and after we came back from an outing, someone had left a dirty bowl, coffee cup, and water in the room. We'd set the thermostat where we wanted it, then return to find it turned down into the 60s even though it was 3 degrees outside. The microwave didn't have a glass plate or anything on its bottom.
