I've stayed here on and off for years, usually for business or a specific event. This time I just wanted some peace and quiet and much-needed rest. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet, but I was disappointed and frankly surprised that they don't have chargers available in the rooms. This was an unplanned trip, and that's a convenience most hotels offer and travelers expect. I love how easy it is to reach from the interstate while still feeling like a working neighborhood, with parks and other local attractions a couple of miles in each direction. The location is great for having things to do, whether you want some quiet, dinner, or a show, and there's fast access to options nearby. You can choose casino gambling or just enjoy the location. The casino and hotel are clean, and staff are always accommodating. Even with all the gaming, it feels like a quiet alternative. There's plenty of self parking, and the lots are well lit with security around, so it's easy to come and go. I also like the side entrances near the hotel elevators, which let you head out to visit, attend a meeting, or shop without dealing with the casino crowds.

The best thing about the stay was having a Yardhouse on site. The check-in was incredibly slow: there were only two clerks at the desk, and with three people ahead of me, it took nearly half an hour. The rooms were what you'd expect at a dating off strip casino.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, gave me some free play money for the casino, and put me in a great room. I had a wonderful experience overall. It's a cool hotel, casino, and resort in Henderson, Nevada, just a few miles from Las Vegas proper. There are good restaurants on site, a nice casino, and even a bowling alley. I'll definitely be back.

Rose at the front desk was amazing: friendly, very knowledgeable, and made check-in a pleasure. The hotel side service was outstanding. But the casino side was a letdown. I tried to get tickets for the jazz concert the casino was holding, and nobody would help us or even find out where to buy them. While trying to sort that out, I played a machine and the power went out. It took over two hours for a technician to reach it. This was my first stay at the property, and I truly hope it was just a bad day, but I don't think I'll stay here again.

My daughter and grandchildren stayed here on a Las Vegas trip. It's tucked away in Henderson, with a more laid-back pace, while still offering what you can get on the Strip. You have the casino, food services, and hotel all in one place, plus fast food and good restaurants just across the highway. The bingo hall is a nice place to sit and play. It's clean, has good customer service, and an elegant atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend it to others.
