Super 8 by Wyndham Hernando

Breakfast was better than at many places we've stayed, with hot waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage links, instant oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee. We had a great stay, and I hope the place stays clean and in good shape. Looking forward to coming back.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, with lots nearby. We booked this last-minute for a holiday trip to Memphis, so it worked out okay, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again. The in-suite jacuzzi was there as promised, but the AC was unreliable, the bed was about the most uncomfortable I've slept on in a long time, and the breakfast was subpar at best.

We had a good time at Super 8, even after a week without power or water because of the ice storm. The place was clean, the environment was nice, and the water pressure was perfect.

The front desk guy was rude when I told him I'd booked an extra room. Later, after cleaning staff knocked and asked if I needed room service, I said no and went to sleep. Two hours later they walked right in and woke me up. I woke to a woman looking at me and asking again if I needed room service. Bring a camera if you stay here, because apparently they just enter your room. I'll be staying somewhere else tomorrow. His response to this review is sarcastic, too. Completely unprofessional.
