The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Yolanda, thanks for being patient! The water pressure was phenomenal, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The TVs are large, though they only have five Cinemax channels. That was fine by me since I enjoyed just watching movies. The heated pool was well maintained, but the hot tub was out of service. The gym was pretty basic, with a few cardio machines and a rack of dumbbells. I’d highly recommend staying here.

I stayed December 23-26 and have never been treated so poorly by front desk staff. I wasn’t told the dog rules when I booked, but on arrival they said I could only have two dogs, and I had three small ones. I took one to stay with my brother and sister-in-law. The next day the manager looked into my room, saw two dogs, and said she’d take care of it. She didn’t. Later I found out I’d been charged for another room just for my three-pound dog, while another guest had a huge pit bull. It felt like they just wanted my money and then treated me like I didn’t matter. I felt threatened, and when I raised it, the manager told me to call the police. I’m a 70-year-old man, and I wondered how I was supposed to do that if I were on the ground with my face being pulverized. At checkout they accused me of holding a luggage cart, even though the manager had looked in my room the day before and hadn’t seen one. I was scolded like a five-year-old. I’d tell people to stay somewhere else, even if that meant driving 50 miles out of the way. Most hotels treat their guests with respect, but I didn’t feel that here. In my opinion, everything else was excellent, apart from the front desk staff.

The place was clean and comfortable, and my kids loved the indoor heated pool. On checkout day we had trouble with the shower, but staff fixed it quickly and extended our checkout time, which was a big help to our family. Manager Jordan and front desk rep. Lacy provided great service. Lacy especially went above and beyond. We had a great stay.

The rooms have gone downhill, and this place isn’t what it used to be. I wouldn’t stay here. The daytime staff member yelled at me even after I politely asked her to stop, explaining I wasn’t yelling at her. This was the third time I’d dealt with her, and each time she’d been rude and unprofessional. She really needs to learn some manners.
