Red Rock Hotel & Suites

The owner has plans to add hot buffet items to breakfast, which already had loads of choices: Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, several juices, coffee, hard-boiled eggs, cheese, cereal, milk, granola bars, and lemon poppy and chocolate chip snack breads. There’s also an arcade at the other end of the breakfast room that families might enjoy. Our remodeled room and bathroom were lovely and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, with quality linens and towels. We had a good-sized fridge with a freezer, a microwave, coffee maker, sitting chair, desk chair, and an iron and ironing board. The common areas were very clean, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. Remodeling is still in progress, but we didn’t hear any noise. The staff were courteous and went out of their way to make us comfortable. It was nice staying at a privately owned hotel, and you can tell the staff care. We were there for three nights over Thanksgiving and will happily return.

The location worked really well for us, close to outdoor spots like the Redhead mountain bike park and near Sax Zim Bog. Red Rock Hotel & Suites was clean, and new amenities are being added. Once that work is done, they’ll be top notch. The owner, Shaan, goes far out of his way for guests, and his enthusiasm for the business really shows. It was the most hospitable service I’ve ever had at a hotel. We’ll stay here whenever we’re back in the area.

Our room had plenty of space, and our puppy felt right at home. The location was very convenient, and the place was clean and inviting. The owner was responsive and accommodating. We’ll be back, and I can’t wait for the pool to open!

The bed, pillows, and linens were among the most comfortable we’ve had in a hotel. This is a great base for going to the Redhead MTB just down the road. The owner is really friendly and has put a lot into the place. Everything’s been taken out and replaced with new, so it’s nothing like the previous hotel here.
