The indoor pool was a nice place to unwind, and the beer selection was awesome. I played slots for hours and lost track of time, it felt like a real vacation. We also loved the complimentary breakfast, and the location made it easy to walk to everything. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient when we arrived. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The property has been fully renovated, and the new owner has made a 360 turnaround on this hotel. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city of highland!

At Seasons Inn & Suites in Highland, IL, the staff were welcoming, professional, and available whenever I needed help. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with clean linens and pillows on an extremely comfortable bed. It was peaceful and quiet, with no noise issues or bugs. The hotel offers good value and comfort, and I’d choose it again. A relaxing, hassle-free option for families, couples, or anyone visiting.

Breakfast was a joke. There were 12 boiled eggs in a small fridge that nobody seemed to know about until I found them. Nothing was hot. It was yogurt, waffles, and cereal. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. I was there for a wedding, not for business or vacation, the only two choices it gives. The mattress felt about 100 years old. Nearly all the outlets had no covers. The covered one was in the bathroom, and plugging something in pushed the cover back out. Another socket barely held my plug. When I used the charging outlet on the desk, my phone charger got super hot, so I didn’t use it again. Doors on my floor slammed shut, and people came back late, making it hard to sleep. On checkout day, Lowe's had used a luggage rack and left debris on it. I pointed it out to the front desk, but they did nothing. Behind the hotel, there were mattresses and trash dumped on the ground, even though a huge trash bin was there.
