The north-facing double room was nice, and being on that side kept most road noise away. Breakfast was quite serviceable, and the evening cookies were good. The hotel Wi-Fi got pretty bad in the evening, though that seems typical for a large hotel when it’s full. My parents had an accessible room, which was mostly great, but the bathroom floor got very slippery when the shower was used. It’s definitely one of the better places to stay in the area.

The person who checked us in was sweet, but this last stay was the worst part of our trip, even though I’ve been here a few times. The room smelled like old, wet carpet, and we got little bites all over our feet, like they might have been from fleas. There was no tub in the bathroom, just a walk-in shower with a wooden seat, as if it was designed for people with disabilities. I gave it one star. Not sure I’ll come back. Thanks.

The suite was nice and clean, and the mountain view is always amazingly beautiful. The location is great. My daughter stayed two nights, though, and the woman at the front desk went out of her way to be rude and unhelpful. The front desk woman explained that the hotel manager doesn’t accept older $100 bills because the property is part of SanManuel Indian Casino and that brings the hotel a lot of fraud.

No issues with the stay, and the staff were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast waffles were really good, and the rooms were nice. The pool was very small and very dirty, which I didn’t like. The fitness room was kind of small too, and there were no towels at the pool to dry off with.

The free sugar cookies were delicious, and the lobby bathroom was clean, though it had run out of paper towels. I dropped off two coworkers for the night. The front desk woman was nice, and when she said they needed to swipe the company card, my boss managed to arrange things so they didn’t have to.
