The staff were the best part, honestly, and the rooms were pretty spacious for what they cost. It's an easy place to stay without spending a lot, and I'd keep it in mind for another trip. There's free Wi-Fi, a Chinese restaurant called Egg Roll Kimg right beside the hotel with good, reasonably priced food, and the location is handy: right by the highway, about two miles from a big mall and the lightrail system. 10/10 for what I needed.

Room 323 was clean and quiet, with quiet HVAC, fast hot water, and a good breakfast: potatoes O'Brien, sausage, eggs, white bread, and some odd syrup. But this is a poorly maintained place, and we won't stay again, even though we've been here before. The bathroom was tiny, with a narrow tub; the sink handle came off and the toilet paper holder was broken. The blanket was thin, the sofabed badly worn, and getting on Wifi was difficult. They also asked for my wife's driver's license despite my having preregistered and having a hotel rewards card. If you just need a cheap room, it's so-so.

Amy, the GM, is amazing and runs a really customer-friendly place. Jamie was so kind and helpful too, as was the overnight girl. The maintenance guys keep things clean, and housekeeping made the hallways smell like cinnamon heaven. Everyone who works here was wonderful, and we had such a pleasant stay. Thanks so much for the hospitality. I'd definitely come back with the family and strongly recommend Comfort Suites.

We were so tired after traveling that we stayed instead of leaving for another hotel, though we nearly did. It took four tries to get clean sheets, and every set we were given was stained. This old hotel seems to have had just enough renovation to look decent in the photos. Its extremely high Expedia rating looked obviously fake to me. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
