It’s on the southern end of Hilton Head, with a short walk to Harbor town and its shops, restaurants, and lighthouse. A lovely spot to watch the sunset.

The scenery and tennis courts were AWESOME, and Harbor Town was just a 1 min bike ride away. We also enjoyed the pool, though we did find a spider in it. Our place itself was great, but it could use some updates. The people who stayed before us hadn’t cleaned it very well, which was disappointing.

We stayed at Racquet Club Villas in Villa number 2323 from June 19-26 2025, and the maintenance problems took a lot of the enjoyment out of our Hilton Head Island vacation. The second bathroom toilet needed three calls on three different days to get fixed. It clogged again twice later in the week, so Maintenance had to come back. On the first visit they didn’t bring the snake, and had to return on Monday to finish the job. There were several other issues too. The shower drained so slowly that water backed up in the tub. The washing machine couldn’t be repaired, so we had to wait for a replacement. A terrace door handle had loose screws, and the main door lock code stopped working and needed a battery change. That code failed again on Thursday. We first reported some of this over the weekend, but Shelley, one of the Front Desk Mgr., rudely told us none of it was an emergency and we’d have to wait until Monday. She yelled several times at my adult daughter. When I called the Front Desk in the morning, service often took hours, and I didn’t want to leave strangers alone in the unit, so we waited around. All those calls and delays cost my family valuable vacation time and made the stay inconvenient and unpleasant. Justin, another Front Desk Mgr., was kind whenever I called with yet another problem. I dealt with him because I didn’t want to face Shelley’s rudeness, and I reported her behavior to Justin.

It’s quiet, walkable, and right by the main road to Harbor Town. The rental rate was very reasonable, and the condo is just about perfect, though it could use a little updating.

At 2348 Raquet Club Drive, we found a quiet place with a beautiful view and a warm, comfortable feel. The furniture was comfortable, and we had all the amenities we needed, including a microwave, ice maker, and washer and dryer. Having TVs in each bedroom, plus a large one in the main space, was a nice bonus. We loved being near Harbor town and the many beaches. We had a lovely stay and can’t wait to come back.
