2417 Windsor Place II

We paid thinking we’d booked a nice condo, but the floors were absolutely filthy and there were bugs in our bed. They gave us the wrong pool code, then a fire alarm went off at 10 pm for no reason. I was furious. When we told management, they acted like roaches were normal and couldn’t be bothered. It was a horrible experience, and we’ll never use this place again.

The complex is quiet, with easy, covered parking, and the pool area is especially appealing for kids. Mine are 5 and 1 1/2 and loved it, with lots of other children to play with. The apartment we rented was nicely furnished, and the condo is really nice. It’s in a great location, very close to the beach with easy access. A highly recommended experience, especially for families with young children.

Palmetto Dunes is a great area to be part of, and the grounds are well kept. People around us were friendly, respectful, and enjoyable to vacation near. Our management company’s staff were great, though we’ve had terrible experiences with other companies in this establishment. The pool area is good, but I wish there were more grilling spots outside the pool area.

The second bathroom was especially handy, since guests didn’t have to walk through the bedroom to use it. I visited friends in a one-bedroom, two-bath unit. The complex seemed quiet and well cared for, with covered parking right by the ocean. Each condo is owned separately, so the furniture and decor can differ from one unit to another.
