The issue at Clipper Court is still in litigation, and resolving it that way could mean an unnecessary expense for all the owners. Anyone considering a purchase in this 20-unit community should know that, as of July 2023, the community regime decided it would not maintain the common limited elements associated with units 813 and 814. Neighboring Ketch, Cutter and Caravel regimes do maintain similar elements.
