We spent February 2025 in a three-bedroom condo at Wendover Dunes. It was gorgeous and appeared to have been recently renovated, with more space than we needed and a large screened porch. Three couples could stay comfortably, with a private bath for each bedroom. The pool area was very nice, though the water wasn't heated in February. It was still a pleasant place to sit in the sun. Parking was convenient under the building or outside, and it took me 3:25 to walk from the lot to the beach dune. A very nice stay in the lovely community of Palmetto Dunes.

Our three-bedroom condo was enormous, with three huge bedrooms and three comfortable bathrooms full of amenities. All three bathrooms had jetted tubs. The beach was a three-minute walk away, and there was a nice rinse-off shower at the end of the path. The heated pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub were beautiful, as were the walking and biking paths throughout the resort. We highly recommend it.

There's plenty of parking outside and under the buildings in the garage, and a good pool too. These complexes are great if they've been updated and you want more space. The walk to the beach is a little long, but the path is easy and feels safe. Just know there are no elevators.

The unit we stayed in, 8139, was updated and well maintained. It's a very nice spot for a beach vacation, and we've returned several times. The location is great, at the south end of Palmetto Dunes, with a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. There's covered parking and an on-site pool, a little small, and hot tub shared by the 40 units.

The screened patio was a favorite, and the whole place felt peaceful with the beach nearby. Stores and bar-and-grill restaurants were an easy drive away. My husband and I had plenty of room, it felt like home, and it was clean with kitchen supplies to use. The Wi-Fi was a little slow and glitchy, though, and the jets in the king bedroom spa tub didn’t work.
