Our condo backed onto a golf course and creek, so the deck had a nice breeze and we saw different kinds of wildlife at night. The Fazio pool goes down to 8 feet, and there are almost 20 pools available across the Palmetto Dunes resort. We also had easy access to three beach entrances, restaurants, and shops using the dunes buggy. You call and it comes to get you; some beach access points even have a phone to call one if your own phone dies after a day at the beach. The views were nice, the pool was excellent, and the beach wasn’t too far, especially with the buggy. It was a great stay, and I’d come back. There are lots of choices, from condos and villas to houses with private pools, including some that allow pets, so there’s something for everyone.
