The pool was still open, which was exciting for us, and seeing the 8 ft alligator was quite a thrill too!! South wind was clean and well stocked, with a pretty view. We always enjoy using our RCI points to find places like this. Thank you!

We loved both summer vacations we spent here, coming down from NY. It was quiet day and night, clean and convenient, and we never felt like leaving. My kids especially liked the private beach, and the bike paths were nice. We had one issue with the condo, but it was fixed quickly. We’ll definitely stay again.

There’s lots of wildlife, and the place is close to everything. Our unit was only a five-minute bike ride from the beach 😎. Bikes came with the unit, and it was easy to rent more if needed. The pools and hot tubs were great, the properties were well cared for, and there were people of many ages around. A great vacation spot.

We really enjoyed the resort. Our second-floor balcony looked over the golf course and lagoon, and we did spot alligators. The condo was spotless, nicely furnished, and had a well-equipped kitchen, with two master suites downstairs and twin beds and a bathroom upstairs. The pool and gas grill were just steps away. Cruiser bikes made the roughly half-mile trip to the beach quick. On our second night the A/C quit. Maintenance checked it within 30 minutes, and a repair person fixed a faulty part at 9:30 the next morning, even though it was Labor Day. We stayed the week of Labor Day.
