Hilton Head Villa

The atmosphere is great, but service was a mess. We waited 15 minutes after being seated before the waiter came over, then waited 45 minutes for food. For about 30 of those minutes, everyone’s drinks were empty. The waiter was working hard, but the place seemed completely mismanaged. We saw other people leave before anyone waited on them. After spending a little over two hours just to get a chicken sandwich, I’d skip it. Hilton Head has plenty of other good food.

Great vibe, delicious food, and huge portions for a really good price. We got a large pizza with a few extra toppings and two beers for $30, which was a steal. Our server was wonderful too. The place is incredibly dog friendly: the staff fussed over our pup and brought fresh water as soon as we sat down. A fabulous recent find, 100/10 would recommend.

Top Dawg is worth the drive from Bluffton to Hilton Head Island. The menu is large, the portions are big enough to share, and the blue cheese slaw is one of my favorites. I especially like the outdoor patio overlooking shelter cove marina. They usually have live music on Sundays too. Highly recommend checking it out.

The chicken salad wrap was one of the best I’ve had, though I wished there had been more fruit with it. The Bourbon salmon was good, but the broccoli and rice were undercooked. The burger was good too, and I think the Mac and Cheese was Kraft. Fries were crunchy, and the tots were good.
