Large Surf Court Villas Condo Unit 46 3 Bedrooms 2.5 Bathrooms Condo

The showers were my favorite part of unit 80. The room had clearly been renovated, with modern appliances, and felt cozy and beachy, even though the villa itself looked old from the outside. We stayed two nights and three days, and the location is excellent, right in the heart of HH, within walking distance of the beach and about 15 minutes from attractions. The stay was positive overall, but there were a lot of small issues for the price, over $250 to $300 a night and probably more depending on the season. It was dusty when we arrived and smelled mildewy. My allergies bothered me the whole time, and there was a mildew or mold stain on the ceiling. The beds were uncomfortable, so we slept poorly. The pillows looked old and stained, had no support, and I really didn’t want to use them. We couldn’t use the refrigerator because its filter needed replacing. I also would have preferred a proper ironing board to the tabletop one provided. When you’re paying for a luxury villa, little things matter. It felt like we were paying just to be near the beach, which is unfortunate. Not a bad stay, but in my opinion they need to make some improvements.

The location of Surf Court Villas was great, with lots of restaurants and activities nearby. Beach access is right across the street, through the middle of Seaside Villas. It’s about a five-minute walk, half of it shaded by trees, and was easy with two kids in tow. Our unit was clean and on the building’s second story, with another flight of stairs inside leading up to the bedrooms. The pool was very nice, just a short walk through the courtyard. We’d definitely stay here again!

Hilton Head is beautiful, and we can’t wait to go back. Our villa was in a great spot, about a three-minute walk from the beach and just a little farther from the food and shops at Coligny Plaza. We stayed seven days and loved how much room there was. The master bedroom was on the third floor, which gave us the privacy we needed, though those stairs were a downside. The bathrooms were nice, and the kitchen had all the essentials. We also had beach gear there, including an umbrella, chairs, a cooler, a sand castle, and other toys. After all that sand at the beach, it was nice to head back to the pool in the backyard. The layout and comforts really made it feel like home.

We go to our Surf Court rental every year and have no complaints. The pool is great, and people tend to keep to themselves. It’s right across the street from the beach, with good parking and plenty of bike racks. It’s our go-to place!
