Our unit was clean, roomy, and comfortable, with everything well cared for. The interior could use an update, though it was in good shape and worked well. The resort is right by the beach, and access to Sea Pines was a nice extra. I really enjoyed my stay at Marriott’s Grande Ocean, and it’s a solid option for a spacious, clean place near the ocean and nearby attractions.

We’ve stayed here for three years now and plan to come back. Our two-bedroom place was spotless and roomy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful resort with every amenity you could want. The only reason I took off a star was the $25 daily parking charge, which I didn’t realize was there until check-in.

Brandon made the start of our trip feel so welcoming. He checked us in, made sure we got the room we wanted, and helped us sort out our plans. My partner and I had a wonderful time. Thanks to the Grande Ocean team for giving us the vacation we needed!

There’s a packed activities calendar here, with yoga, wine tasting, distillery samples, and spa services. The Loggerhead has great food and drinks, plus a nice range of beers. Rooms are clean and spacious, service is friendly, and there are plenty of pools and hot tubs, including an excellent lazy river. Beach access is easy too.

One of our favorite stops on our annual snowbird trips. It’s a beautiful, fun spot on the beach, with five hot tubs, three outdoor heated pools, an indoor heated pool, two shuffleboard courts, and a Bocce ball court!
