The service around our promotion deal was genuinely great. The representatives called a few times to arrange things, were always nice and courteous, and even checked in on arrival day with late check-in instructions. That felt very thoughtful. We spent three nights here around Christmas and loved the place. Our two-bedroom apartment was roomy, well furnished, and in great condition. It seemed to have been fully remodeled, despite being built in the late 80s(?). The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and the grounds were nicely kept. We rented bikes from the lobby and had fun riding around. The location was excellent, right across the Harbour Town. Christmas Day was quiet, but we liked the atmosphere.

We enjoyed being here in December, especially with all the pretty Christmas lights. The Hilton Head lighthouse is right next door, and you can walk to dinner, shopping, and the playground.

The concierge gave us all the information we needed to skip the line, which was a big help since getting to the resort was a bit of a hassle. It’s within walking distance of Harbour Town in Sea Pine. My third-floor room had a water view and was very clean, although it needed some TLC: the paint was peeling and there were cracks here and there. The weather was hot, humid, rainy, and stormy all week, so I couldn’t make much use of the facilities.

Jeremiah at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. Renting bikes was easy, and riding around Sea Pines was fun. It’s a great location and an easy place for a family stay. We had a wonderful visit.
