The condo was very damp, with a musty smell that was hard to ignore. It was clean when we arrived, though, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. There were games and books for visitors, but oddly no usual leftover basics like salt and pepper shakers. That was disappointing, but not the end of the world. I also wish a couple of beach chairs had been available so we wouldn't have to rent or buy them. The view was perfect from the deck, where we could sit with coffee and hear the waves. The grounds and facility were well maintained, the heated pool was clean though a bit small, and the beach access path was a very short walk from the pool. Coligny Park and the shopping area were about 15 minutes away on foot. The musty odor brought my rating down to four stars, and if I could, I'd probably give it 3.5.

The kitchen was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were updated with a great shower head. Everything was very clean and beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Staff were helpful, the pool was great, and the beach entrance was close. Bathrooms were a short walk from the beach back toward the villa. Safe and absolutely gorgeous!

That ocean view from the balcony is so good, and we especially come back for the heated pool. My family and I stayed here two years ago, and we're headed back this summer. Love it! 🩷

The beach was gorgeous, and the pool was a favorite. Our condo had been updated, though the buildings themselves are pretty old. I struggled to sleep with the window unit since I'm used to central air, and the coin laundry took some getting used to. Still, it was a great stay, especially for watching the sunrise.

We keep choosing this place for Hilton Head Island condo rentals because it's so affordable. The pool is newer and nice, and the views are great. It's beside the nicely landscaped Ocean Oak Resort, so you get a resort-like feel without paying resort prices. The beach stretch here is one of the nicest on the island.
