We really loved the property and plan to come back. The accommodations suited our needs perfectly, the grounds were beautiful and well maintained, and the clean beach is very close. The one thing that bothered me was the maintenance crew using backpack blowers to clear leaves and debris early in the morning. They did it all three days we were there, including a lazy weekend morning. There's absolutely no reason to start before 8am. Please wait a little later to turn those blowers on.

The view from our balcony was awesome, and the location made it easy to reach the beach and enjoy the pool. It's also handy as a base for day trips to Savannah and Charleston, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The place is an old gray lady, worn from years of use and rough around the edges, but still serviceable. If you don't mind old paint and furnishings, I'd recommend staying here. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms look old, but they're very clean, and the building still has plenty to like. Timeshare costs are really cheap compared with Seawatch. If you want a low-cost week on this beautiful island each year, stay here and put most of your budget toward delicious seafood.

The grounds are well maintained, the unit is always clean when we arrive, and it's kept nicely updated. We love our timeshare at the Island Club, especially since it's a short walk to the beach and one of the few resorts with ocean frontage on HHI.

I'm here now and happy with the room and the view. The noise from other people is frustrating, though, and there's no adults-only area. I was also told my room could only be cleaned every five days. 😡
