Thirty minutes after we arrived, we got a call saying the villa we had paid for in full was no longer available because they’d put someone else in it. They had no other place for us, so we turned around and drove 13 hours back home. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional agency. We’ll never use them again and will likely never return to the island.
