Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort

We could watch dolphins from our balcony, with a fantastic view over the ocean and beach. The room was spacious and well appointed, and getting down to the beach was easy. The pool and hot tub were excellent, too. The pool was warm enough that swimming in January was not just doable, but pleasant. The restaurants attached to the property were great. The XO Sports Bar sandwiches were killer, and the filet mignon at HH prime was wonderful. I skipped the spa, but my wife had a massage and loved it. A special shout-out to the staff, especially Paulette, the loyalty coordinator, who went above and beyond to make our trip fantastic. I'd highly recommend staying here, even in the offseason!

Breakfast was a highlight, especially having Lenore greet us each morning with such warmth and great service. The resort itself was beautifully kept, with updated rooms and amenities only steps from the ocean. I booked through the American Express Hotel Collection, and the welcome from Paulette, the Omni ambassador, and the front desk team made every interaction feel thoughtful. Our stay at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort exceeded all my expectations. I can't recommend it enough.

The pools and fire pits were lovely, and being close to both the beach and shopping made the location really convenient. We were celebrating our anniversary with our two little children and felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff upgraded our room and surprised us with cute decorations and macarons. It was very clean and child-friendly, and we'd totally come back someday.

We came away from Thanksgiving feeling rested, even though the chilly weather meant we spent more time tucked into our room than outside. The peaceful atmosphere, s'mores and wine by the fire, and how easy everything felt made for a wonderful stay. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the balcony was great, and the property was clean, well maintained, beautiful, and pet-friendly. Staff were welcoming from check-in through checkout, and beach access and cozy fire pits were handy. The food was a real standout. We got some of the best wings we've ever had at the sports bar. Breakfast to-go from the steakhouse was delicious, especially the pancakes with banana topping and homemade blueberry sausage. The market burger was fresh and tasty too. We'd absolutely return.
