The kitchen had plenty of plastic storage containers but not enough dinnerware or serving pieces. The beach chairs were all different sizes and heights, making it awkward for four of us to sit together. The bikes needed air in their tires and a wipe-down too. In #598, where we stayed for six days over Labor Day 2023, we found a mildewed dishwasher. We asked to have it cleaned, but the job was superficial. Then the sink started leaking. The dryer vent hadn’t been cleaned, some carpet was torn, and the beds squeaked and weren’t very comfortable. Staff asked if repair people could come, but our dog was with us, and nobody offered a refund or gift for the extra calls, cleanup, and time. Very disappointing.
