Our condo had been updated recently, so it was clean, quiet, and lovely, and everyone we met was friendly. We’d be glad to come back and see how the property develops. This is a review of the whole Seascape complex, though, not our individual unit. The winding layout has some appealing architecture, the built-in bike racks are a great touch, and the ponds and greenery feel peaceful. The driveways are being redone, which is good to see, but a lot of the exterior is showing its age and some parts are decaying. The roofs need attention, and some decks are in such bad shape they need rebuilding. Check out the specific condo before deciding, but don’t dismiss the whole place too quickly.
