Simple Rewards Inn

I’m really picky about hotel cleanliness, and this place was spotless. The front desk staff were so nice and accommodating, and they offer free snacks like fruit, juice, and pastries during your stay. I picked it after reading all the great reviews, and I can happily say they were right. Incredible hotel for the price, a hidden gem on Hilton Head Island.

Kind staff and a nice atmosphere made this a five-star stay for me. Prices were very reasonable, and the rooms were clean. The office also has complimentary snacks and drinks, something I haven’t seen at another hotel.

An older, basic place, but really clean, with a good bed and good AC. There’s a microwave and a fridge-freezer combo, plus free snacks, coffee, and water at the front office. Parking is free, and the location makes it convenient to get around HHI. If all you need is a bed, shower, toilet, and sink, this works.

The manager is kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond. She keeps a tight ship, and it shows in how clean the outside and inside are. Our room always smells nice, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are a good size. My husband and I travel for work often and have stayed at quite a few hotels. Since finding Simple Rewards Inn, it’s been our favorite. We’ve had nothing but good experiences, and I’m truly grateful for the manager’s care. There’s a dehumidifier in every room, along with Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The garbage can is a full 13 gallons, not one of those tiny hotel bins. It’s quiet at night, and I always feel safe. You can also grab a snack at the front desk any time. It’s away from the busy crowds on the east side of the island, but close to several good restaurants, Walmart, Publix, and Harris Teeter. The hotel is not 10 minutes away from the beach. If you’re in town and want somewhere comfortable, convenient, clean, and safe, give it a chance.
