SpringHill Suites by Marriott Hilton Head Island

For my business meetings, the hotel's location made it easy to get around. Fresh Market and several good restaurants are right nearby. The staff were genuinely helpful and super friendly, and both the room and hotel were exceptionally clean, refreshed, and felt very new, with modern, tasteful decor. I got a great workout in the phenomenal on-site gym before the day started. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were surprisingly good, and I slept like a rock before my meetings. SpringHill Suites in Hilton Head, South Carolina, delivered on cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and service. I'd absolutely stay again and recommend it for business or leisure.

The price was good, and there was plenty of parking. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Our room was big and clean, with two beds and a trundle, which pleasantly surprised my family and me. Breakfast had waffles, sausage, eggs, and different breads, plus bottled water, granola bars, wrapped muffins, fresh fruit, fruit cups, and bottles of chocolate, white, and other milk. Great spot for Hilton Island, about 30 minutes from I-95. We'd recommend it!

The hotel is well kept and in a great spot, less than 10 minutes from Colin's Beach. Rooms with two queen beds have more space than the king rooms. The ice machine isn't on every floor, so you may want to ask for a room with one nearby.

The room was fairly clean, and the front desk attendant this evening was friendly and welcoming, but the stay wasn't worth the price. The location isn't close to much, and the bathroom door won't close, which is a significant problem. Even two hours after check-in, we still didn't have a working room key. Having to rely on staff to let us in and out was inconvenient and uncomfortable. Just okay, and I wouldn't recommend it, especially at this price.
