We loved spending a relaxing day at this sparkling-clean pool. It's a good size, with lots of space for kids to play and an 8-foot deep end for stronger swimmers. The deck had plenty of lounge chairs, so our family could sit comfortably without feeling crowded, and the whole area looked well maintained. The peaceful setting really makes it special: there's a lovely deck overlooking a lagoon and fountain, with lush trees and what looks like a golf course in the distance. A beautiful spot to cool off. We'd highly recommend it to families looking for a clean, safe, scenic place to swim, and can't wait to return.

This place feels unfriendly, and I was harassed by homeowners and security. There are lots of stairs and plenty of noise. You may be better off somewhere nearer the ocean, perhaps Queen’s Grant or something. There's a pond right beside the pool, and alligators are often in it. It would be difficult for one to get into the pool, to be fair, but stranger things have happened. I've heard of several cases of alligators getting into swimming pools one way or another, so I don't think this is safe for kids or grandkids. The sad thing is, the homeowners association will drive prices down if nobody wants to rent here anymore.

The grounds, pool, and outside of the property are very nice, but Unit 1858 was a sad stay. It's dated, dark, and drab inside and needs painting and a refresh. The mattress is shot, noisy, and uncomfortable; the furniture is old, broken down, and well past replacement. The bedroom TV is so tiny you really can't enjoy it. Not a good experience.

We also had our car towed even though we'd paid for a week's pass. We felt ripped off and extremely violated. Don't stay here. There are many other safe, beautiful places in HHI.

Everyone whose car has been taken from here has every right to be upset. We woke up on our last day ready to leave and found our car gone, even though the parking ticket was visible on the dashboard. We called several people, including security, and nobody helped at all. This seems to happen often, and it feels like you’re just trying to make money off people by taking their cars. Completely unacceptable.
