Tennismaster Unit 1204 had a comfortable screened back patio with an overhead fan, and it was close to restaurants and the beach in a nice area for walking. The gated, wooded community has multiple communities and plenty of free parking. Inside, the residence was nicely decorated, with clean linen, plenty of closet space, and lots of supplies, including pots, pans, dishes, hand soap, dish detergent, shampoo, and conditioner. It was generally clean except for the problems below. We found the place through Airbnb, and it’s a Vacasa property. Getting into the unit was the first issue. We had to call the office several times on the first and second days. The TV also had problems, and management had to come get it started. One bedroom smelled bad, its balcony was filthy and needed power washing, and the garbage cans outside the kitchen door were disgusting. I had to hold my breath whenever I went out to take the trash. It took a day of working with Vacasa management to get the carpet shampooed and the bedroom balcony power washed. The garbage cans weren’t replaced or cleaned. I lost that whole day and couldn’t go on my Dolphin Tour. I asked for reimbursement for the day and was told I’d get a small amount of compensation, but as of this review I still haven’t received it.
