We’ve been coming to Sea Pines for years, even though we live in Phoenix. There are plenty of places to stay, from homes to villas spread throughout the resort, and the beach club gives access to the wide beach and the Coast and Ocean Club restaurants. Harbour Town is worth a visit too, especially the Quarterdeck restaurant for the Calibogue Sound views and sunsets. For travel, Savannah/Hilton Head airport is about an hour’s drive from the island. A great tropical seaside vacation right on the South Carolina coast.

We stayed at Seattle Pines for a family wedding in Effingham, GA, traveling from California with my daughter, son in law, and two years old granddaughter. It was lovely. We rented bikes and had a great time exploring the island trails, and the horses were an extra treat for the little one. I’d book again.

We’ve loved HHI and renting in Sea Pines for years, but this Villa felt outdated, and this stay didn’t match the experiences we’ve had over the past 30 years. The Sea Pines Staff handled things just as they should have, though, and that’s why we’ll keep booking our stay through Sea Pines Resort.

The rooms and service could use some work for the price, especially when it comes to comfort and consistency. Still, the peaceful views, lovely surroundings, and beach atmosphere make Sea Pines Resort a nice place to slow down and reset. On Carvel Court, our unit looked out over the water and boats, and I loved waking up to that view every day. We were there for five days and enjoyed all the amenities. I cooked, cleaned, left the blinds open, and felt right at home. I even left the owner a drawing of the scenery along with my business information. I’m an artist in GA, and he and I are DJs too. The welcome center staff member who helped me after I got lost was so pleasant. This was our first stay at The Sea Pines Resort, and the beautiful, peaceful area was full of life. Even with construction happening, the workers were respectful and didn’t make noise in the morning or at night. Everyone was kind to us. The unit was nicely furnished, and we didn’t want to leave. Every penny was worth it. Thank You Sea Pines!
