We took a last-minute chance on this place during a spontaneous beach trip, and it worked out so well. The owners were incredibly friendly and gracious. Breakfast was delicious and got our day off to a perfect start.

That screened back porch was such a nice spot to sit and unwind, and the lodge itself is clean, lovely, and nicely decorated. The owners made us feel welcome, too. I especially appreciated the adjustable shower head height, a small thing, but handy for a short girl like me. And the complimentary breakfast each morning was the best I've ever had. Compliments to the chef! 👩🍳

Breakfast was fantastic, and the owners were kind and happy to help. My sister and I spent a weekend here on a girls' trip and loved the lodge's homey feel. It was quiet and peaceful, with a modern bed-and-breakfast style. We'd definitely stay again.

The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and the views were fabulous. It was a beautiful, peaceful place, with friendly fellow guests and accommodating staff. The manager and owner were both so sweet and kind. We'd stay again 😊

The lodge was even better than it looked in the online photos, and we had a wonderful stay. David and Patricia Dunn were attentive and personable, and it was a real treat to have breakfast made by an actual French chef. The accommodations were spotless and beautiful, with loads of extras. What a fantastic find. Thanks, David and Patricia Dunn. We'll be back soon. Dahna and David Brinkley, August 1st, 2023 stay.
