We had a lovely short stay by the water. This Topsail lodging has a retro feel, a perfect location, and White Crab Coffee and Books is nearby. Loved it.

Joy was so friendly and helpful, and I’d stay here again. The suite was beautiful, modern, clean, and in a great location. Noise carries between rooms, though, especially by the front door. Better insulated suite doors and rugs would help.

I grew up on this end of Topsail, so coming back to visit the Topsail Guest House brings back a lot of happy memories. Being right across from the putt-putt is part of that. It’s such a cute space in a great location. The Shore Suite does let you hear neighbors easily because there isn’t much insulation between rooms, but that’s a small drawback overall. Highly recommend a visit!

The fire pit was a lovely extra, and the sunsets were spectacular. We had a girls’ night at the Guest House and it was perfect, with cozy beds and comfortable room for eight of us. It was also nice being able to walk to dinner at The Beach Shop and Grille. We loved it all.

The Sound Suite was spacious and had a fridge and microwave, and the beach is only two blocks away with no stairs on the way. We liked the shared room where you can grab extra supplies, including towels, linens, a washer and dryer, vacuums, and brooms for cleaning up after beach trips. It’s also next to the only restaurants and stores on this part of the island. Perfect location, and we’ll stay here again.
