This was an overpriced letdown. They call it a new park, but the bathrooms were gross and dirty, with water sitting at the bottom of the showers. The laundry room was dirty and smelled like wet dog. There was a lake of water left on the floor after a terrible mopping job, and it looked like the place hadn’t been wiped down in a month. They charge for amenities that are basic at other RV parks. It was so unclean that we didn’t try the pool because we were worried it wasn’t being maintained. Wouldn’t recommend it, and we won’t stay again.
The spaces were close together, though that wasn’t an issue during our off-season visit. I imagine summer gets much busier with more campers. The resort was very clean, everything worked, and the bathrooms were spotless. There’s a large laundry facility, it’s dog friendly with a bark park, and there’s a pickle ball court. Plenty to do around the campground, but it’s fairly close to a busy highway and you hear a lot of traffic.
The kids had a clean playground and lots of other things to play with, and we really enjoyed the pool too. Everything was very clean, and the front desk customer service and bar/beverage attendant were great. This is a wonderful family-oriented campground, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for one. Truly a 5 star RESORT, thank you guys!
The grounds are consistently tidy, and the team is friendly, welcoming, and helpful every time. They go above and beyond to make people feel at home. Fun events and great vendors add a lot to the community feel. Oceans RV is easily one of the best facilities around, and I highly recommend it.
Our site, number 157, was fairly level and beside the fishing pond, though it stayed wet all week, possibly from an underground spring or a leak. Since we were there all week, I understand that limited the park’s ability to fix it. There wasn’t any shade, but the bathhouse was clean, and the dog wash station and laundry room were great. Washers cost $2 and dryers $2.75, both by debit card. The clubhouse and check-in area had a pool, playground, small bar, and camp store. We also had excellent dinner at Fishmongers at the park entrance. It was a quiet campground, close enough to the beach to feel like good value, and we had an awesome week from Saturday to Saturday. We definitely plan to return.
