The Surf is gated and monitored, and there's a very nice laundry facility. We stayed in a beautifully remodeled condo with an ocean view. Each unit has storage on the ground level, the beach is easy to reach by stairs, and the pool is sizeable and clean. The people at the pool and beach were respectful and family oriented. We've stayed here for two years in a row and have had a great time. The only drawback I can think of is that carrying everything up and down is a workout since there's no elevator, even from the third floor. That's clearly advertised up front, and honestly it wasn't too bad. The ocean view is great, the amenities are good, and the pool is especially nice. The staff, particularly the property manager, are polite and helpful. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, and you feel like you're on the beach even if your unit isn't oceanfront. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and attractions a fairly short drive away. We booked through Island Real Estate, which was great too. I'd definitely stay again, for a third time or more. Five stars!

The grounds were well cared for, and the pool looked clean and inviting. The property felt very secure and was immaculate. There's quite a bit of extra green space, though guests weren't allowed on the lawn. I'd recommend staying here.

We've been coming here since the late 90s, and the place hasn't let us down. The beach can get crowded sometimes, though that doesn't happen often. Having a pool is great for giving the kids a break from the ocean. Our units have always been clean and affordable, with a great view, and being so close to the beach makes the location hard to beat for a vacation.
