They took my $262 even though they didn’t actually have rooms available. I booked two nights through Orbitz/homeaway, then got a cancellation and what was supposedly a refund the next day. The charge stayed on hold, leaving me without money to book another hotel that really had rooms. They said their calendar wasn’t updated, and Home away tried to reach them but got no answer. Customer service was awful, and I was told it could take three businesses days to clear. Be careful.

The building is falling apart, with about half of it shut off and marked under construction. It looks like nothing has been done there for years. The photos show pretty rooms but leave out the rest of the trashy property. Our oven didn’t work, and I got passed around trying to find someone responsible for fixing it. They said it would be fixed the next day, so I waited in the room for hours, but nobody came. HORRIBLE. Stay far away.
