Beautiful 2 Bedroom + 2 Baths On The Ocean At Sian

Unit PH10 was a complete letdown. The balcony was one of the main reasons to book, but construction made it unusable, and workers could see straight into the rooms because there were no blinds. We had no privacy, and the master bathroom door wouldn't lock either. The windows had no shades, so we were woken early. Inside, the place was filthy despite the $200 cleaning fee. Dust covered the vents, there was trash on the sofa bed, the sheets didn't fit, and the pans and coffee mugs were dirty. All three TVs were broken, the water dispenser didn't work, and there were only three water glasses for seven guests. The fobs cost $60, but the areas they were supposed to open were broken too. Frederic was rude, wouldn't help or offer a solution, and we had to contact Airbno Support. Between the poor upkeep, missing or broken amenities, and lack of privacy, this stay ruined our vacation. Avoid this listing. I could go on, but there's a character limit.

The balcony was blocked off for construction, and the place was in bad shape: peeling surfaces, a crumbling ceiling, and a mess of a bathtub. The listing was misleading and the stay wasn't accommodating at all. When we went to dinner while they were supposedly trying to resolve things, we came back to find our door wide open. Still no solution, and they wouldn't refund us or seem to care about our safety. After we complained, they changed the online listing, but thankfully I had screenshots. It felt like trafficking, and I'll be taking them to court. Shut this place down immediately!

The room and downstairs lobby both seemed poorly cleaned, and the fridge and bathroom smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Several things in the room were broken, and none of the locks worked. Construction noise was extremely loud every day, from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The beach was okay at best, and the pool water was murky. One of my worst stays. Don't book here, it's horrible.

The location is great, which makes the rest a shame. Construction started around 8:20 every morning and was way too noisy. The beach was okay, but the pool always looked murky, and I don't think they keep its water up to standard. For a resort like this, I expected management to be more proactive.
