The beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops are just steps away, which is a great location. Still, the unit visibly had mold and a heavy musty smell that made my allergies flare and ruined the trip. The pictures look 10x better than the place itself, and can’t show the smell or mold. Everything else was very old, though it looked like the photos with a filter. The bed was wildly uncomfortable, and they should be ashamed of those pillows. The TV didn’t work, making the room quiet and awkward. The host responded but wasn’t local and couldn’t help. They didn’t move us or offer even a partial refund, just sent air freshener that made the already musty smell worse. There was no towel or sheet service. You can use the laundry room, but four days without fresh towels or clean sheets after the beach sucks. Parking costs $23/day with no guaranteed spot, and some days we had to park blocks away.

After paying Hobe loft $53.50 for a parking pass, I had to pay another $400 for parking. What a scam. The place was way overpriced and too small, in what I found to be a drug infested neighborhood. It ruined my entire vacation. Never again. Be aware, and do yourself a favor by finding somewhere else.

The rate was okay for this interesting Air B&B, one block from Nick's on the broadwalk at Hollywood Beach. The management company took a $400.00 cleaning deposit without prior authorization. We left the unit spotless, but I’m still waiting for the deposit to be cleared.

It’s a great place, super clean, and within walking distance of the beach. There’s a good selection of drinks and food on the beach side. The loft is said to sleep up to 4, but I’d only recommend it for 2-3 people.
