Richard's Motel

I arrived Monday, May 18, 2026, at 4 pm and was assigned room 118. The door was open, and inside the room was dirty, with condoms all over the nightstand. I went back to tell the front desk woman. She didn’t apologize and reassigned me to room 126, which was much smaller. When I pointed that out, she said the first room was an upgrade and I wasn’t supposed to be in it. So I have to downgrade because you gave me a dirty room? She didn’t care. Bad customer service, and I won’t return. You can’t serve someone a 12 oz steak, then when it isn’t cooked right, give them a 6 oz one.

Anna gave amazing customer service. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. The room was spacious and clean, and the stay was affordable. I’ll stay again.

The room was filthy, with hair everywhere and an uncleaned floor, and there was no service at all. The woman at reception, who is also the owner, was extremely rude. They took my money without telling me beforehand that it was non-refundable. I don’t recommend this place. There are plenty of nearby hotels that are cheaper, cleaner and have much better service.

Finding this place took a lot: I had to switch between three hotels before I landed here, and I covered all the extra costs myself. The room smells unpleasant and doesn't seem very fresh. It's passable for one night, but I don't think the price is justified.
